Our Logo is trademarked and also copyrighted.
It is one of those things used to identify the group.
All three of our CD projects, T-shirts and pictures are copyrighted as well.
If you wanted to use the logo with a little disclaimer that states this logo used with permission of the contemporary Christian Music group "Rushing Wind."
It would be alright.

Hey Elaine-- I got the "go ahead" to use the logo ... with this instruction ... I am siked.  Can we add it YEAH!!  Surprise me put it where you think it would look the most awesome.  I am so excited.  I didn’t think they were going to write back but they did.  YEAH!
