Hi Keri,

just wanted to thank you for another great recipe...I made the mixed vegetable casserole and it was a great creative alternative to regular veggies - made it with the saltines, and had good results. Loved it!

Hi Keri,

once again, very happy with one of your recipes! Made the creamy italian noodles last night with the 1/2 & 1/2 and served it with chicken thighs. I actually added some peas into it, so it was a great little side, and quick and easy. Loved it!! I'm sure once the baby comes, these types of recipes will be great to make when I don't have as much time. Thanks again!

Keri, thank you so very much for sharing such delicious recipes! I have made several and every dish is truly a hit. Your family is so very fortunate to have you preparing such great meals! The Picante Potato Pie is great, especially when having overnight company. The Chicken Balsamic is so tasty and I love how tender the chicken turns out. I served the Creamy Hash Brown Bake, and it was a perfect side dish for our cookout. The Chocolate Strawberry Torte, is just fabulous! I have served it a couple of times and people just love it. I really cannot thank you enough. I am looking forward to more of your excellent recipes!

Hi Keri,

I made the rhubarb strawberry cobbler last night, and Charlie loved it...especially the crust. It was very easy to make, and thank you for the rhubarb. The crust was probably the easiest crust I have ever made, other than buying the Pillsbury ready-made ones. It was so good, in fact, that Charlie wants me to try it with chicken pot pie (minus the sugar on top). Great recipe!!!

thanks,

Hi Keri,

Once again - your cheesecake recipe is a hit. I made the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake for my sister's birthday this past weekend, and it turned out great. Even my dad who doesn't like cheesecake loved it. Eric said it was redemption for the poor cheesecake I served to you when you came over for dinner.

Love,

Liz

Dear Keri,

I just wanted to let you know that I made both your wonderful chili recipe again and your Fabulous Fudge cheesecake recipe for my friend's birthday party the other night. Both dishes came out wonderfully, and all of the guests have said that the cheesecake was the best they ever had. I did have one complaint about the chili - that it was too liquidy, but that came from my wonderful husband who sent in the Crockpot Pork Chop Delight review. Everyone else thought it was fantastic, including me. I think next time I make it, I won't include the juice from the can of peeled tomatoes to appease my husband.Anyways, thanks again for 2 great recipes. I always look forward for the winners that you post.

Love,

Liz

Hi Mrs. Field!

Wanted to drop you a line regarding your recipe entitled "Crockpot Pork Chop

Delight". We had it a couple of weeks ago and I am still nauseous. Your

husband and children may not have the courage to speak out against this

culinary travesty so I will do it for them. Perhaps you should change the

name of the recipe to "Crockpot Pork Chop Disaster" or perhaps "Crock 'O'

Sh*t Pork Chop Disappointment". I may forgive you for this but my digestive

system won't soon forget! 8 oz of Sour Cream???? What were you thinking?

Yours in bowel misery,

I just wanted to let you know that Eric and I just tried your Homemade Chili recipe last night and it was great! It was so simple and tasted great. I am never going to use a chili starter again!

Dear Keri Connection:

Thank you for posting a spectacular recipe for Gina's Grecian Chicken

Breasts [Feb 25 edition]. My wife Julie wasn't kidding when she told me I'd be coming home

to something special! When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted

with a splendid aroma as dinner baked away in our trusty oven. Thankfully,

I had just a few minutes to wait before this magnificent meal was served.

The presentation of the dish was delightful. I'm a big bacon fan, and the

sight of a juicy chicken breast wrapped in this marvelous meat had my taste

buds jumping! I could barely contain my excitement as I took a first taste.

Much to my delight, the generous mix of feta and spinach ensured a flavor

fiesta I would not soon forget.

Thanks again for sharing this delectable treat with our family. We look

forward to more wonderful recipes from the Keri Connection!

Sincerely,

Adam Schwartz
